How do some people get ten soulmates? And why do I get none? I hate my life.

I don't... think it means I have six soul mates, considering that one of the people I'm tied to is a child.

What is it supposed to mean?

I think the community is taking a much more loose interpretation of the legend. People are simply being tied to those with whom they share a deep emotional bond. It doesn't have to be lovers, it can be a deep and enduring friendship, like the one I share with Souji-senpai.

When is the community not weird?

In any case, don't feel too bad about not having any strings. They're rather bothersome, truth be told...

I guess so. I saw a couple people fall off their chairs, so...

That happened to me a few times, too... Not very pleasant at all, really...

Indeed.

The lack of strings just probably means you're not affected by the virus. I'm certain there's someone meant for you at the other end of your string, even if you can't see it...

You did, Nagisa.

Huh? I, uh... Who said anything about that?

Well... you seemed a bit disappointed that you didn't have any strings, that's all...

Well, as I said before, I don't think you should worry about. Not having strings means that the virus just skipped over you, that's all.

Did you hand out any chocolates this year?

I guess that's a good thing.

Uh... I tried?

Tried...? You mean they didn't accept your chocolates?

From: [identity profile] cannotbelieve.livejournal.com
I mean I couldn't even get the chance to send them.

I can't work up the courage to do stuff like that.

It's not that hard. I gave out literally dozens of chocolates to my friends and coworkers. You just present the box and say "I made/bought these for you, please accept them."

Well, if you think of it more as a ritual and just go through the prescribed motions, it's not so bad, is it?

Like brushing your teeth?

Right! Or like the prescribed greeting when you are introduced to someone. If you think of it like that, then there's no reason to get so nervous.
