Yeah, but... it was almost done. He stopped and just gave up his Prism Stone, but then the bald guy showed up again and he gave up. I think not fighting us meant he had to go back to the darkness anyway.

Yeah, no kidding! And we had no choice but to fight. He kept saying stuff like "I can't change fate", like the only choices were to beat us or to give up and disappear. I don't know if that's the same as die. It's not supposed to be, but...

I don't know. He finally gave up and gave us his Prism Stone, and then the bald guy came, the one who was sapping everybody's energy, and said something about consequences, and Kiriya-kun went all "I understand that" and disappeared into this thing of darkness and... that's it, I think.
